1. New Products vs. Products with Older Packaging

1.1 New Products
All items listed as new on our website are brand-new, unused, and in their original packaging. These products have not been stored for extended periods and are free from any signs of wear or age on their packaging.

1.2 Products with Older Packaging
Some products in our inventory are new but may come with older packaging. These items have been stored in our warehouse for a longer time, and while the packaging may show signs of wear, such as fading, scratches, or slight damage, the product itself is unused and in perfect working condition.

2. Product Inspection and Quality Assurance

2.1 Quality Checks
Every product sold through Industrial Mart undergoes thorough inspection and quality checks before being listed for sale. We ensure that all items, including those with older packaging, meet our strict quality standards for functionality, safety, and performance.

When purchasing products with older packaging, customers will be fully informed of the condition of the packaging. There will be no hidden details regarding the age of the packaging, and customers can make informed decisions before completing their purchase.

4. What to Expect from Older-Packaged Products

4.1 Packaging Wear and Tear
Products with older packaging may show signs of wear such as:

• Faded labels or box colors.
• Minor scuffs, dents, or tears on the packaging.
• Older product branding or design.

These cosmetic imperfections do not affect the quality, functionality, or lifespan of the product itself.

4.2 Fully Functional Products
Despite any external wear on the packaging, all older-packaged products are in new condition, fully functional, and covered by any applicable warranties. The performance and reliability of these items are identical to those of products with newer packaging.

4.3 No Returns for Packaging Condition
Please note that older-packaged products are sold with a clear disclosure of their packaging condition, and returns based solely on the appearance of the packaging will not be accepted. If the product itself is defective, however, it will be eligible for return according to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
