Return Policy

At Industrial Mart, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in accordance with the guidelines below. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Return Period
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

1.2 Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging (except where the packaging was noted as older due to storage).
• You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Products marked as final sale or clearance.
• Items with signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer.
• Items with older packaging that were clearly described as such during purchase
• Customized or special-order items.

2. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were delivered:

• Unused: Products must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
• Original Packaging: All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included in the return.
• Defective Items: If the product is defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in the return being denied or a partial refund issued.

3. Refund Processing

3.1 Refund Method
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

• Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the return is approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted if items are not returned in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts.

3.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items). In cases where you are returning an item, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons or due to the nature of the item. These include:

• Custom-made or special-order items.
• Items marked as final sale.
• Products with packaging disclosed as aged or worn that were accepted at the time of purchase.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us:
   Email us at sales@industrialmartnigeria.com or call +234-7078581059 with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Return Authorization:
   Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and further instructions on how to send the product back to us.
3. Package Your Item:
   Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts. Clearly mark the return authorization on the package.
4. Return Shipping:
   Ship the item using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

6. Order Cancellations

6.1 Before Shipment
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled, and you must follow the return process.

6.2 After Shipment
If your order has already been shipped, you may still return the product following our return process after it has been delivered. Shipping costs for returning the item will be your responsibility.
