Many of the products we sell come with a manufacturer’s warranty to ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability. This Warranty Policy outlines the details of warranty coverage, limitations, and the process for filing a warranty claim. Please read the policy carefully.

1. Manufacturer’s Warranty Information

1.1 Warranty Availability
Most products sold by IndustrialMart come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which provides coverage against defects in materials and workmanship. The duration and terms of the warranty vary by product and manufacturer. Specific warranty information for each product can be found in the product description or included with the product packaging.

1.2 Third-Party Warranties
IndustrialMart does not provide direct warranties for products; all warranties are provided by the product manufacturers. We will assist you in contacting the manufacturer and navigating the warranty claim process.

2. Warranty Coverage and Limitations

2.1 What is Covered
The manufacturer’s warranty typically covers:

  • Defects in Materials: Any issues related to the quality of materials used in the product.
  • Defects in Workmanship: Issues arising from the way the product was assembled or manufactured.

2.2 What is Not Covered
The following issues are generally not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty:

  • Damage Due to Misuse or Abuse: Any damage caused by improper use, handling, or failure to follow the product’s instructions.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: General wear from regular use is not considered a defect.
  • Alterations or Repairs: Any damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs will void the warranty.
  • Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damage that does not affect the product’s performance.

2.3 Warranty Period
The warranty period varies by product and manufacturer. It typically ranges from 6 months to 2 years, depending on the product. Please check the product listing or packaging for specific warranty details.

3. Warranty Claim Process

3.1 Filing a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product is eligible for a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact IndustrialMart: Reach out to our customer service team at sales@industrialmartnigeria.com or +234-7078581059 with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
  2. Provide Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation will be required to validate your claim.
  3. Product Inspection: In some cases, the manufacturer may require the product to be inspected before approving the warranty claim. We will guide you through this process.

3.2 Resolution Options
Once the warranty claim is approved by the manufacturer, the following options may be offered, depending on the situation:

  • Repair: The defective product will be repaired by an authorized service provider.
  • Replacement: A new or refurbished product will be provided in exchange for the defective one.
  • Refund: In some cases, a refund may be issued if repair or replacement is not possible.

4. Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

  • Products damaged during shipping (refer to our Shipping Policy for assistance with shipping-related issues).
  • Products sold as “clearance” or “final sale” that have been disclosed as non-returnable.
  • Products with expired warranties: Items with warranties that have lapsed are not eligible for claims.
  • Issues caused by natural wear and tear, such as corrosion or aging of components.

Additionally, products with older packaging (as disclosed in our Product Condition Policy) are sold as new and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, but any issues related to packaging wear are not covered.
